(High Grade), a leading manufacturer of premium quality compounds, additives and chemicals in India (www.highgrade.in), with all required permits and approvals to operate its state of the art manufacturing facility located at Kilvani, Silvassa (U.T.) (PAN# AABCH1712Ql; GST# 26AABCH17 12QlZI; UAN# DN0180000198; and CIN# U24110MH2000PTC128609) have entered into collaboration agreement which will result in High Grade receiving technical support and a right to use the Fyrquel® and Syn-O-Ad® brand names in the Republic of India according to the Technology License Agreement dated January 7th, 2022.
