Adroit /??dr??t/, a French word meaning skilful, is the name aptly chosen by the first-generation entrepreneurs and college friends, Mr Rajesh Gupta & Mr Dayanand Arya, for their entrepreneurial endeavour. Three decades ago, on the 13th day of September 1994 foundation was laid. Set out with an aspiration to leverage their electronics engineering background and with the belief to add value to the capital goods sector, started manufacturing LV switchgear and control gear assemblies (PSC-Assemblies). Continuous transformation of Industrial practices, standards, technologies and swiftly changing customer demands eventually lead Adroit to diversify into Integration of Industrial Automation Systems.
