Today it has evolved into one of India’s leading manufacturers of Specialty and Bulk Chemicals vital for Pharma Intermediates, Agro Intermediates and Dyes Intermediates. Gujarat, the western state of India is acknowledged for its role in promoting industries by developing industrial estates for companies to acquire land at economical rate and achieving high economies of scale by sourcing raw materials from similar industries in that belt. Gujarat is also home to numerous all-weather ports namely Kandla, Mundra and Hazira which handle a major chunk of national cargo.
