We are in this field since 15 years. We are manufacturer of tablet tools for various types of machines, and tooling like D, DB, B, BB and also for single strock machines and multi type punches. We are also manufacturer of spare for the tabletting machines of various makes and models, for your convenience we keep some of them readily available at our place. We have all in house facilities for making quality tablet tools. So that we can control the quality level at the various stages of the process. We have our own specially designed heat treatment plant for tablet tools. For the special shaped dies we use CNC wirecut machine of high accuracy to meet the close tolerance for the toolings, for the special shaped punches we use profile grinding machines specially designed for the tablet tools to give better finishing and good dimensional accuracy, this also gives higher rate of production to meet the increasing orders and helps us to timely delivery to the customer. For monogram, logos, letters, breaklines, we used sophisticated pantograph machine of higher accuracy which will be reflected afterwards in the toolings to give better finishing and consistencies of the letters.
