The HT silencer Box is mechanically designed. Continuous E-glass is used to further reduce noise levels. The internal compromise of thick walled perforated tubes, louvered tubes, baffle and plain tubing. All parts are mechanically ridge-locked together eliminating welds where possible. Aluminized steel is used which lengthens the life of an exhaust by upto three times that of one manufacturer with conventional steel. The HT silencer Box is supplied as a conventional “rolled” box or as a press box as shown. NEW ADVANCED PACKING MATERIAL HT use continuous E-glass in preference to the short strand material. The short strands tend to dislodge and with the moisture cause blockage which leads to the loss of engine power. By using continuous E-glass the gas flow is evenly distributed within the silencer.
